PROCESSING TIMES

Torang's working time is from Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 9 pm according to SE Asia Standard Time. You will receive a download link as soon as we confirm your payment. Time to confirm an order payment in our working time: within 30 minutes. Because of the time zone difference, it may take us longer than usual to confirm your payment. Do not worry, I will try to confirm your payment as quickly as possible. I really appreciate your patience.

Downloading a Digital Item

  2. Add an item(s) to your cart
  3. Click “Cart”
  4. Click “Checkout”
  5. Enter your shipping information
  6. Click “Place Order”
  7. Choose your payment method
  8. Add your payment information
  9. Please wait patiently until we confirm the payment. It may take a few minutes, or longer because of outside business hours or time zone differences.
  10. We will also send you a download notification email. If you do not see the email, please check Spam, Social and Promotions mail folders.
  11. Go back to torangartwork.com and sign in your account.
  12. Click “Download” and you will see a link to download your file.
