By purchasing and downloading any designs, templates, sketches, or patterns (collectively known as “Torang Products”) on https://torangartwork.com, you agree to abide by and be bound by this Return & Refund Policy.

1. DIGITAL NATURE OF TORANG PRODUCTS

All Torang Products sold on this Website—including fashion croquis, vector templates, sketches, and patterns created by Trang Do—are digital downloadable files only. No physical items will be mailed or shipped to your physical address. Upon payment confirmation, your files are made available for instant download.

2. RETURN & REFUND CONDITIONS (7-DAY WINDOW)

To ensure fairness and protect our intellectual property, we accept return and refund requests within 7 days of purchase under the following strict conditions:

– Non-Defective Products (New / Un-downloaded Condition Only): Because digital files cannot be revoked once accessed, a non-defective order is eligible for a return or cancellation within 7 days only if the product remains in New condition—meaning the download link has never been clicked, accessed, or downloaded in our server security logs (for example, in cases of accidental duplicate purchases or ordering by mistake prior to downloading).

– Defective or Corrupted Products: Torang’s provided products are thoroughly checked and intact. However, if you experience a verifiable technical defect (such as a corrupted file or missing promised format) within 7 days of purchase, we will immediately provide a working replacement file or issue a full refund.

Once a digital file has been downloaded to your device and is intact as described, the sale is final and non-refundable. Any attempt to download Torang Products and subsequently claim an unauthorized refund or chargeback is a direct violation of our Terms of Use and Intellectual Property rights.

3. EXCHANGES

We accept exchanges within 7 days of your purchase date. If you ordered the wrong template by mistake and have not yet downloaded the files (New condition only), you may request an exchange for another Torang Product of equal value at no additional cost.

4. RETURN METHOD, LABELS & RESTOCKING FEES

– Return Method: All return, cancellation, and exchange requests are processed electronically via mail / email support at [email protected].

– Return Costs & Labels: Returning or exchanging an eligible order is completely Free (no return shipping cost or download/print label fee is required).

– Restocking Fees: TorangArtwork charges No cost ($0.00) for restocking or processing eligible returns and exchanges.

5. SOFTWARE COMPATIBILITY & USER RESPONSIBILITY

It is the customer’s sole responsibility to review the product description and verify software compatibility (such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or Procreate) before purchasing. Refunds will not be issued after downloading due to a lack of required software or editing skills on the user’s part.

6. REFUND PROCESSING TIME (7 DAYS)

Once your return or refund request is reviewed and approved by TorangArtwork, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 7 days. Upon completion of a refund or cancellation, any license to use the returned Torang Product is immediately terminated.
